Got Questions?
Do I need coding experience?
Some basics help, but you don't need to be a pro. If you can write a function and know what an API is, you're ready. We'll handle the rest together.
What should I bring?
Your laptop with Android Studio installed. We'll send detailed setup instructions before the workshop so you come prepared and ready to build.
Will my app actually get published?
That's the goal. We'll submit it to Google Play before you leave. Review times vary, but you'll walk out with a submitted build and know exactly how to track its progress.
Is lunch included?
Yes. And chai or coffee. Lots of it literally. We're building for 9 hours, so you'll need the fuel.
What if I can't make it?
Let us know 48 hours before and we'll transfer your ticket to the next batch. No questions asked.
Do I need to pay for tools or API keys?
You'll need a Google Play Developer account ($25 one-time fee) and an Anthropic API key with at least $5 in credits. Everything else we use in the workshop is free.
What kind of app will I build?
Your own! We'll brainstorm ideas together at the start, and you'll pick what to build. You leave with a real app you chose — not a tutorial clone everyone else has.
Can I build an iOS app too?
We use Kotlin Multiplatform, so your codebase works for both Android and iOS. We'll publish to Google Play on the day — you can ship to the App Store after with the same code.
Only 15 seats — why so few?
